Fully automatic station for testing welded joint strength for laser or brazed blades according to the European quality and safety standards(DSA304)
[ Main Features ]
Prearrangement for Disk Loading / Unloading Spindle features automatic shank clamping; Torque unit is rotating applies pure momentum around welded joint center line, torque is applied by two cylinder applying torque to a saddle that is purposely tilting around joint center line while shank area nearby the joint is clamped and held still; Torque unit features a rotating saddle and a jaw assembly that has a target slot slightly larger than segment thickness; Disk segments engages inside Torque jaws via dedicated short stroke radial movement : X movement of the spindle assembly via pneumatic slide; Y movement of the torque unit via pneumatic slide Spindle rotation speed adjustable via inverter
